What's your favorite type of cheese? Or, if you don't like cheese, why not?

This seems like a good opportunity to post this video I came across about how cheese is like heroin: (you can skip to about 8 minutes in for the part on cheese/dairy)
I think it's pretty worth watching all the way through. It's interesting and funny.
That said, I was never that big on cheese when I still ate it, but my then-favorite was definitely mozzarella.
Hiya. I haven't posted in a while! There hasn't been a lot going on.
School started back up on Monday. I've had some sort of throat infection since Thursday night and until yesterday I could barely talk. I could speak, but not in sentences and not without sounding like a frog. Luckily, I am now getting over it and today my voice is about 80% back to normal. I now appreciate my ability to speak.
So far I've been to Perspective and Composition and Painting classes. Tonight I will have Introduction to Modernism. All seems well. I need to remember to buy rubber gloves for Painting. Burnt Umber + bare hands = I look like I'm wearing two catcher's mitts.
Yesterday I made casts of my leg and Thomas's arm out of tape. They are weird man you should see them. I'll post pictures some time. Cloness.
So I am a vegan now, whoops.
That has been going just fine. It isn't as hard as you might imagine. And it's 1000x easier when you don't live in your parents' house.
I've cooked more over the last couple of weeks than I have in the last several months.
I can't think of any more news to report, so I think I'll take a nap before art history. so that I don't end up napping through art history.
